Officers and Directors of the National Association of Probation Executives are elected every even numbered year for two year terms, commencing on July 1st. The current Officers and Directors are as follows:

President

John Tuttle is Deputy Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

 

Vice President

Ellen Fabian Brokofsky is Probation Administrator for the State of Nebraska, headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska.

 

Secretary

Javed Syed is Director of the Nueces County Community Supervision and Corrections Department in Corpus Christi, Texas.

 

Treasurer

Martin J. Krizay is Chief Probation Officer of the Yuma County Adult Probation Department in Yuma, Arizona. 

 

Past President

Rocco A. Pozzi is Commissioner of Probation and Corrections for Westchester County in White Plains, New York.

 

New England Region

Bernard Fitzgerald is Chief Probation Officer of the Dorchester District Court Probation Department in Dorchester, Massachusetts.  He represents the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

 

Mid-Atlantic Region

Francine M. Perretta is Director of the St. Lawrence County Probation Department in Canton, New York.  Ms. Perretta represents the states of Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

 

Central Region

Gregory E. Werich is Chief Probation Officer of the Wells County Probation Department in Blufton, Indiana.  He represents the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

 

Southern Region

Vicki Spriggs is Executive Director of the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission in Austin, Texas. She represents the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

 

Western Region

S. Kaye Adkins is Family Services Administrator of the Washington State Department of Community Corrections in Tumwater, Washington. She represents the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Ronald Schweer is Deputy Chief U. S. Probation Officer for the Eastern District of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri.

Brad Barnes is Director of Bartholomew County Court Services in Columbus, Indiana.
